Two USFans fee statements, one LitBuy row: what to check before you move it across

Checked and updated .

Short answer: A LitBuy spreadsheet row can be bought through USFans, but check the fee first: USFans's help page says no service fee on regular platforms while its Service Terms say 8%, as we read both on 6 October 2026. USFans was Open on 19 October 2026 with 3 to 5 free QC photos and 90 days of storage. Our notes record its Weidian link code as 3, whereas LitBuy's is 2, so never swap only the domain.

Spreadsheet rows to price in USFans

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card adds LitBuy's 19 October 1 kg list price for its cheapest tax-free line to Germany (€24.12) to the item price, so you see a rough landed figure before you open the link. A new selection appears every month.

Which USFans fee is real? Its own pages disagree

USFans publishes two fee statements that cannot both be true for every order. Its help page, in our 6 October 2026 reading, says there is no service fee on regular platforms. Its Service Terms, read the same day, say 8%. We could not tell which one applies on a given order, so take the higher figure for planning until a checkout proves otherwise.

Service Terms: 8%¥31.84€3.82

The gap is small on a modest basket and grows in proportion to what you buy. LitBuy, for comparison, states no charges beyond goods, shipping and customs. The cleanest test is one cheap order and a look at the itemised total. Save that screen, because it is your evidence if the fee later differs from the page. Do the same on LitBuy if you want a like-for-like record; its own checkout will also show the payment handling fee, which LitBuy does not publish per channel.

Plan for 8% until your first checkout shows a different line.

Link codes that look alike and are not

This is the trap for anyone with a LitBuy sheet. LitBuy builds a product address as https://www.litbuy.com/product/<code>/<id>, with a digit that names the marketplace, as the table shows. Our earlier research notes record USFans as usfans.com/product/<code>/<id> with 3 for Weidian, 2 for Taobao and 1 for 1688. We did not re-test that format on 19 October.

So the Taobao example that opened on LitBuy on 19 October 2026, litbuy.com/product/1/972753749417, would be written usfans.com/product/2/972753749417 by our notes. Swapping only the domain would send code 1 to a 1688 lookup. The dependable method is the marketplace original: for Taobao https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=<id>, pasted into USFans's search box. Our link converter rebuilds the LitBuy side.

Never copy a LitBuy code into USFans; pick the code from the marketplace, or paste the original link.

The €0 banner is the line worth a question. LitBuy's customs charges are written into its estimator, as the LitBuy fees page shows. USFans's equivalent is a headline we could not unpack. Both agents' Trustpilot pages are flagged in some way, which is a reason to read recent reviews yourself.

The two agents are close on photos and storage; the unknowns are the 8% and the €0 headline.

USFans, checked 19 October 2026

The homepage loaded without trouble and no credible closure report turned up, so the label is Open. The page advertised "3-5 free QC photos & 90-day free storage" and "cheaper rates with 200+ shipping lines". The operator named in our notes is HONG KONG ZAN ZAN TRADING LIMITED. Trustpilot had withdrawn its overall score; 789 reviews were listed when we looked on 5 to 6 October, which tells you the volume but not the average.

Demand figures from Semrush's September 2026 export: about 30,600 monthly searches worldwide for usfans. Spain leads with 14,800, then France 5,400, the US 4,400 and Germany 1,600. The UK does not feature among its top markets. Against LitBuy's 22,200 German searches, USFans is a niche choice in Germany, and a larger one in France, where LitBuy draws 12,100. If you start from a LitBuy spreadsheet and live in Germany, the Berlin delivery guide shows the lines you would be comparing against.

Open, European in audience, and short on a published rating.

What to hold up against LitBuy's 1 kg German parcel

We have no USFans parcel rates and will not guess any. The 1 kg price on LitBuy's cheapest German line, LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, was €24.12 ($27.10) in its estimator on 19 October 2026 before promotions, labelled Tax free and 10 to 15 working days, and it holds the €3 EU prepayment. Parcels handed in after the 14:00 Beijing cut-off on 25 October 2026 add €2, so €26.12.

Assumed basket: two rows at ¥398, assumed 1.6 kg together

Goods, ¥398 at ¥1 ≈ €0.12 (about)€47.76

LitBuy 2 kg band, list price (nearest quote above 1.6 kg)€38.75

EU handling charge€2.00

Total if everything stays at LitBuy€88.51

Run USFans's estimator for the same weight to your German postcode, and for 1 kg if you ship lighter. Then add any agent fee to the goods and compare the full totals. If USFans charges 8% on goods only, an assumed ¥239 item adds ¥19.12, about €2.29, which is small next to a €2 or €3 gap in parcel price.

Compare door-to-door totals, because a €2 shipping gap can erase an 8% fee, or the reverse.

Who gains from USFans, and who gains nothing

  • Add it if a Spanish or French sheet already links to USFans and you want to buy there directly.
  • Add it for a second price on one row, after you have confirmed the code.
  • Skip it if you cannot tolerate an unresolved fee statement.
  • Skip it if you want every row in one parcel; our agents hub shows other options, such as CSSBuy, with a similar fee puzzle.

Pay as each order is placed, and leave neither money nor items at any agent longer than necessary. If you would rather skip account sign-ups altogether, the contact page carries our WhatsApp QR; that service quotes a single delivered price and sends photos ahead of dispatch, with payment per order.

Add USFans as a checked second option, never as the place where a whole haul is parked.

USFans questions from LitBuy spreadsheet users

Which USFans fee statement should I believe?

Neither alone. Its help page said no service fee on regular platforms, while its Service Terms said 8% (both read on 6 October 2026). Take an assumed ¥398 basket: 8% is about ¥31.84, roughly €3.82. Before paying, look at the checkout total for one cheap row. If a fee line appears, the terms apply; if not, keep the screenshot.

Does USFans's €0 customs headline mean no €2 fee?

We do not know. Its homepage announcement on 19 October 2026 reads "Shop with USFans, Pay €0 in Customs Fees", and we did not open the full text. LitBuy states a flat €3 per parcel and €2 from 25 October. Ask USFans support in writing whether its German total includes the €2 handling fee that EU states approved.

Why do USFans and LitBuy number Weidian differently?

Each agent invented its own code list. LitBuy numbers them 0 (1688), 1 (Taobao), 2 (Weidian) and 3 (JD). Our notes record USFans as 1 for 1688, 2 for Taobao and 3 for Weidian. Copying a LitBuy link and swapping only the domain would open a Taobao page with a Weidian number, so rebuild the code.

Is USFans a good agent for someone in Germany?

It is used there but is not mainly German. Semrush's September 2026 figures show roughly 1,600 monthly searches in Germany, against 14,800 in Spain and 5,400 in France. The name suggests America, yet its audience is European. That makes it a plausible spare agent, not a default; compare its German total with LitBuy's €24.12 for 1 kg first.

How do USFans photos compare with LitBuy's?

USFans advertised 3 to 5 free QC photos on 19 October 2026, and its terms as we read them charged ¥1 per extra detailed photo up to 20. LitBuy's help centre lists 3 to 6 routine photos, with each custom one costing ¥1. The free allowance is close, so decide on price and total shipping instead.

Can I pay USFans with PayPal?

Its help menu on 19 October 2026 had a PayPal page and an international credit card page, so both appear to be offered. We did not test checkout. Pay as you order, and remember that a chargeback at LitBuy locks that account, so contact support before any dispute at either agent.
