No agent account? Order these products on WhatsApp
Some readers want an item from the grid above without registering at LitBuy or anywhere else. Our own buying service, separate from every agent on this site, works in five steps:
- 1Send the product link or a screenshot of the row you like, with size and colour.
- 2Get one delivered price for your country, shipping included, before anything is bought.
- 3See real photos before dispatch. We buy the item and send you pictures of it before it leaves China.
- 4Pay per order. No account, no wallet, nothing paid in advance for future orders.
- 5Receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships.

Which agents people in Germany search for, and whether they still work
LitBuy is not the only agent that can open a spreadsheet row. The ten below are a selection of agents readers ask about. We ranked them by monthly searches in Germany (Semrush, September 2026), the market with the most LitBuy searches in our data, and added the free storage each agent states and what we saw when we opened its homepage on 19 October 2026.
| Agent | Searches per month in Germany | Free storage (agent's own figure) | Status, checked 19 Oct 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oopbuy | 74,000 | 90 days | Open |
| LitBuy | 22,200 | 90 days, then paid up to day 120 | Open |
| KakoBuy | 14,800 | 100 days | Open |
| ACBuy | 9,900 | 90 days | Hold cyberattack statement on its homepage |
| Superbuy | 4,400 | 90 days | Open |
| LoveGoBuy | 1,600 | 60 days | Open |
| JoyaGoo | 1,300 | 90 days | Open |

What a LitBuy spreadsheet row actually contains
A LitBuy spreadsheet is a shared Google Sheet, Discord list or website table in which every product link has been rewritten to open inside LitBuy. Behind each row sits a listing on a Chinese marketplace. LitBuy's own web address shows this plainly: litbuy.com/product/1/972753749417 is Taobao item 972753749417, because LitBuy uses the code 1 for Taobao, 2 for Weidian, 0 for 1688 and 3 for JD. We loaded that exact link on 19 October 2026 and it opened a Halloween decoration priced at CNY 18.61 with a promised warehouse arrival a week later.
So a row has two layers. The marketplace item is the real product; the LitBuy part is only a wrapper. When a seller deletes the item, LitBuy shows an empty page with the Chinese note 商品已下架, which means "taken off the shelf". When a sheet still points at an agent that has closed, the item underneath may be perfectly alive and only needs a new wrapper, which is what the LitBuy link converter builds. Our guide to which LitBuy spreadsheets are worth trusting explains how to test a whole sheet in ten minutes.
Searchers spell the keyword many ways. In Germany alone, Semrush counted 5,400 monthly searches for "litbuy spreadsheet", 1,900 for the plural, 1,300 for the misspelling "spreedsheet" and 1,000 for "litbuy spreadsheet jeans" in 2026. All of them want the same thing: rows that still open, with a price that still makes sense once shipping is added.
Treat a row as a pointer to a marketplace item, not as a product LitBuy guarantees; the item number is what you are really saving.
Weigh first: what LitBuy charges to ship 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg
LitBuy takes no agent commission on the products, so the number that decides whether a row is worth it is the parcel price. We ran LitBuy's freight estimator for each of the four markets this site serves on 19 October 2026, without dimensions and without the new-user promotion, and kept the cheapest line that LitBuy labels tax free, meaning LitBuy collects and pays the import charges for you.
| Destination | Line | 500 g | 1 kg | 2 kg | Working days |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Germany | LIT-Economy-DHL-DE | €16.81 | €24.12 | €38.75 | 10–15 |
| France | LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR | €16.44 | €23.75 | €38.38 | 10–15 |
| United States | FF-GOFO-US-2 | $23.16 | $37.41 | $65.92 | 9–18 |
| United Kingdom | FF-Royalmail-GB-1 | £11.08 | £16.87 | £28.44 | 9–16 |
Two patterns matter for spreadsheet shopping. First, the first half-kilo is expensive: to Germany, 500 g costs €16.81 but the second 500 g adds only €7.31. A single cheap T-shirt shipped alone therefore carries more postage than the shirt is worth, while the same shirt added to a 1.5 kg parcel costs little extra. Second, LitBuy bills the greater of actual and volumetric weight, which most of these lines calculate as length × width × height in centimetres divided by 8,000. A shoebox of 33 × 22 × 12 cm counts as about 1.09 kg even if the trainers weigh less. The full table with every German line is on our LitBuy shipping cost page, and the calculator applies the same quotes to your own weight.
Fill a parcel towards the next weight step rather than shipping rows one by one; the first 500 g carries most of the cost.
What the 40% sign-up coupon really takes off
LitBuy's banner on 19 October 2026 promised new users a 40%-off shipping coupon, and a 25%-off coupon for joining its Discord. The estimator shows the effect on a real line, and it is smaller than the headline. The reason is the way LitBuy builds a shipping price: a weight charge, a fuel surcharge, a fixed operation fee of roughly ¥10 to ¥13 per parcel and, on EU tax-free lines, a ¥24 customs prepayment that equals LitBuy's flat €3.
| Line | List price | With promotion | Saving | Share of the bill |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LIT-Economy-DHL-DE (Germany) | €24.12 | €18.29 | €5.83 | 24% |
| LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR (France) | €23.75 | €17.91 | €5.84 | 25% |
| FF-GOFO-US-2 (United States) | $37.41 | $26.03 | $11.38 | 30% |
| FF-Royalmail-GB-1 (United Kingdom) | £16.87 | £12.25 | £4.62 | 27% |
The US line makes the mechanism visible: its ¥211.95 list price splits into ¥161.50 for weight, ¥39.90 for fuel and ¥10.55 for operation, and the $11.38 saving is about 40% of the weight part (¥64.5 against ¥161.50). A Trustpilot reviewer described the same thing in September 2026 after a large European parcel, saying support told them fuel, handling and service charges are excluded. LitBuy also allows only one shipping coupon per parcel, so the LitBuy coupon rules are worth reading before you split or merge parcels to chase discounts.
Budget with the list price and count any coupon as a bonus on the weight charge only.
A worked haul to Germany, from three spreadsheet rows to the door
Here is how the numbers combine for a typical first order. The item prices and weights are assumptions for the example, not measurements, and LitBuy converts at its own rate, which it says follows Bank of China; we use ¥1 ≈ €0.12 as a round planning rate.
Jeans ¥159 + hoodie ¥129 + cap ¥39, assumed 1.5 kg packed, shipped to Germany
Items ¥327 + seller shipping to the warehouse, assumed ¥10 per item (¥30) = ¥357 × 0.12€42.84
LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, 2 kg quote (the nearest step at or above 1.5 kg), list price€38.75
EU customs handling fee LitBuy announced for parcels from 25 Oct 2026€2.00
Landed in Germany, list prices€83.59
With the new-user promotion the 2 kg quote showed €27.07, which brings the same parcel to €71.91. The flat €3 EU prepayment is already inside LitBuy's tax-free quote.
Shipping is close to half the bill in this example, which is normal for small hauls. The same three items shipped as three separate parcels would each pay the first-500-g price, so the order of operations matters: let everything arrive at LitBuy's warehouse in Xiamen, check the photos, then ship once. If you are unsure whether a bulky item will push the parcel into the next step, LitBuy's rehearsal parcel packs it for ¥20 and tells you the real weight before you pay for shipping.
On small orders shipping is about half the cost, so combine rows into one parcel and size it before paying.
From row to door: the LitBuy order in eight steps
- Open the row. The link loads the product inside LitBuy with the CNY price and an estimated warehouse arrival date.
- Pay for the item. Pay per order with a card, PayPal, Klarna or another method LitBuy shows for your country; LitBuy says it places the order within 24 hours.
- Seller ships to the warehouse. LitBuy states that domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days.
- Check the inspection photos. Routine photos are "generally 3–6" per item; extra photos cost ¥1 each and a 20-second shoe video ¥7.
- Decide within 120 hours. Returns to the seller must be requested within 5 days of the item being stored and cost the shipping both ways plus ¥5.
- Collect more rows. Storage is free for 90 days per item, so batch orders that arrive within the same few weeks.
- Create the parcel. Pick a line, pay the estimated shipping; LitBuy recalculates after packing and refunds or bills the difference.
- Track to the door. LitBuy's policy gives 7 to 14 business days for the EU after dispatch, and the first tracking scan can take about 3 days to appear.
Our step-by-step guide on how to order on LitBuy covers registration, Fill & Buy for Yupoo and Xianyu links, and what each order status means. Before the first payment, read how LitBuy's payment methods behave: a PayPal or card dispute locks the whole account until it is withdrawn, so contact support first.
Most mistakes are fixable until step 7 and almost none after it, so take the photo check and the 120-hour return window seriously.
Rows by category, and the weight question each one raises
Different categories fail in different ways. A jacket is light but bulky, perfume may not travel on the cheap lines at all, and a pair of trainers is half box. Each category page below has its own photo grid filtered to that kind of product and a worked euro example.
| Category | What usually drives the cost | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Jeans | Heavy denim; sizes on Chinese charts | Jeans rows and size sheet |
| Trainers and boots | Box volume, often above actual weight | Shoes and box weights |
| Jackets | Bulk: volumetric weight | Jacket rows |
| Everyday clothes | Many light pieces add up | Clothes and sets |
| Women's rows | Bags and dresses, sizing | Women's rows |
| Accessories | Crushable caps, small fragile glasses | Accessories |
| Budget finds | Postage bigger than the item | Cheap rows |
| Perfume, electronics, watches | Line restrictions on liquids and batteries | Perfume, electronics, watches |
| Room decor, sports gear | Fragile or oversized parcels | Room decor, sports |
If you keep your own list, our LitBuy spreadsheet template adds columns for assumed weight and landed euros, and the haul planner CSV opens directly in German Excel with semicolons and decimal commas.
Choose the category page first, then the row: it tells you which costs to expect before you fall for a photo.
Who runs LitBuy, and how much trust a first haul needs
LitBuy's terms name LITBUY LIMITED, a UK company with number 16786295 that Companies House shows as incorporated on 15 October 2025, while the site footer adds a Paris company, IYFENIX SARL, and the iOS and Android apps are published by a Hong Kong company. The app ratings are high, with 4.68 stars from 2,030 ratings on the German App Store on 19 October 2026, but Trustpilot withholds LitBuy's score for a breach of its guidelines and says it removed reviews it judged not genuine. That mix argues for a modest first order rather than a big one.
Reported problems in September and October 2026 clustered around coupon exclusions, payment processing charges, slow refunds after cancelled orders and a late-August backlog after hurricanes in south-eastern China, which LitBuy announced itself. Our page on whether LitBuy is legit sorts what is documented from what is only claimed, with sections for German "Erfahrungen" and French "avis" searches.
LitBuy is an operating agent with traceable companies, but it is young; keep the first parcel small and pay per order.
The 2026 changes that touch every LitBuy parcel
Searches for "litbuy spreadsheet 2026" usually come from people holding an older sheet. Four dated changes from LitBuy's own announcements matter more than any new row:
- 24 June 2026: ahead of the EU's €3-per-product-category charge on small parcels, LitBuy switched to a flat €3 per parcel on its EU tax-prepaid lines.
- 16 and 28 August 2026: hurricanes in south-eastern China delayed order intake and shipments by several days; LitBuy later reported the backlog mostly cleared.
- 18 September 2026: a membership system with levels L0 to L5, based on lifetime shipping spend, and a paid Lit Prime plan with extra storage and coupons.
- 18 October 2026: an extra €2 EU customs processing fee per parcel, charged on every parcel submitted after 14:00 Beijing time on 25 October 2026, and a new PID code requirement that LitBuy says needs no action from buyers.
The customs side for Germany, France, the US and the UK is explained in our LitBuy customs guide, and the timings by line in LitBuy delivery times. If a row in your sheet points at an agent that has since closed, the agent status table tells you where the item can still be bought.
Re-price old sheets with the post-October fees: €3 plus €2 per EU parcel will be part of every German order submitted after 25 October.
LitBuy spreadsheet questions from buyers in Germany and beyond
Why do people search for “LitBuy spreedsheet”?
It is a common misspelling: Semrush counted about 1,300 monthly searches for “litbuy spreedsheet” in Germany in 2026, next to 5,400 for the correct spelling. Both lead to the same kind of sheet, a list of Taobao, Weidian and 1688 products rewritten as LitBuy links. Whatever you typed, check each row the same way: does the item still load in LitBuy, and what will it weigh?
Is the €24.12 for 1 kg the final shipping price?
No. It is LitBuy's list price for its cheapest tax-free line to Germany, LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, read from the estimator on 19 October 2026. The final bill is set after packing, on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, and EU parcels submitted after 25 October 2026 also carry a €2 customs handling fee. Prices change, so rerun the estimator before you pay.
Does the 40% sign-up coupon cut my shipping by 40%?
Not the whole bill. In LitBuy's estimator the promotion took €5.83 off the €24.12 German 1 kg quote, about 24%. On a US line the saving matched about 40% of the weight charge, while fuel and the per-parcel operation fee stayed in full. Treat the coupon as a discount on the weight part and budget for the rest.
Can I use a LitBuy spreadsheet with another agent?
Yes. Each row hides a marketplace item number, and LitBuy links simply wrap it as litbuy.com/product/1/ followed by the Taobao number, with 2 for Weidian and 0 for 1688. Pull out that number and you can paste the original listing into another agent. Our link converter does it in one step, and it also works in reverse for rows from other agents.
How long can my spreadsheet items wait in LitBuy's warehouse?
LitBuy gives 90 days of free storage per item from the day it is stocked, then charges 0.2% of the item price per day, at least ¥1 and no more than ¥300 a month, for up to 30 more days. After 120 days unshipped items are discarded. Plan your haul so every row arrives within a few weeks of the others and ship before day 90.
Is this website run by LitBuy?
No. LitBuySheetLinks is an independent guide; it does not run, own or speak for LitBuy or any other agent named here. We read LitBuy's public help centre, policies and estimator on 19 October 2026 and report what they say. Separately, we offer a WhatsApp buying service for people who would rather not open an agent account; you pay per order there.
