Three similar names, two businesses
JoyaBuy and JoyaGoo are one agent. Our notes record the rename on 31 March 2025, and JoyaGoo is the name in use now: it was Open on 19 October 2026, advertises 0 commission and 90 days of storage, has an iOS app, and showed 4.6 on Trustpilot from 2,922 reviews. Joybuy is something else, JD.com's European retail shop, launched on 16 March 2026 in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, per Retail Insight Network.

The address joyabuy.com did not connect for our browser on 19 October 2026. We take that as a reason not to rely on the old domain, not as proof of anything about the company.
JoyaBuy is JoyaGoo's former name; Joybuy belongs to JD.com and is a separate shop.
Two ways to reopen a JoyaBuy row
The first route stays inside JoyaGoo. Its current link looks like joyagoo.com/product?id=<id>&platform=WEIDIAN, with TAOBAO or ALI_1688 in the last slot for those marketplaces. We have not tested the old JoyaBuy link pattern, so if a sheet row still carries joyabuy.com, copy the number after id= and the platform word, then build the JoyaGoo address yourself.
The second route moves the row to LitBuy. The platform word maps to a LitBuy code, and the number carries over unchanged.

JD items take code 3. Our LitBuy link converter handles a pasted list, and it drops any inviteCode tail that a sheet maker added, which does not break the link.
Keep the id, translate the platform word to a digit, and the row reopens.
When the row is a Joybuy page
A shop link on joybuy, with a European address and prices in euros or pounds, is not an item on Taobao or Weidian, so there is no item number to extract and no agent step to take. Joybuy ships to buyers itself. LitBuy's help centre says it "cannot purchase items from cross-border shopping platforms"; we could not verify how it treats Joybuy addresses in particular, and the sensible route is to buy there directly, as you would from any retailer.
LitBuy does buy from JD.com in China, code 3, by item number. A JD row from a sheet is therefore a fair candidate for rescue, while a Joybuy row is a shop link to follow. Our Joybuy page explains the shop in full.
Joybuy rows are bought at Joybuy; only JD.com item numbers move into LitBuy.

Take two tees at ¥69 and ¥79, hypothetical prices, ¥148 together or about €17.76 at ¥1 ≈ €0.12, with an assumed combined weight of 0.45 kg. LitBuy's estimator, run on 19 October 2026 for Germany, quoted €16.81 ($18.89) for 500 g on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, tax free, 10 to 15 working days. Parcels submitted after 14:00 Beijing time on 25 October 2026 carry a €2 handling fee on top.

The deciding factor is usually the parcel line: run LitBuy's estimator and JoyaGoo's for the same weight and postcode, and compare totals rather than headlines. Searching for JoyaBuy and JoyaGoo, country by country
Semrush's September 2026 data gives the old name about 10,400 monthly searches worldwide and the new one about 27,700. Both are strongest in the US and UK, where Germany follows well behind.

Is Joybuy the same business as JoyaBuy?
No. Joybuy, by contrast, is the European web shop of JD.com; Retail Insight Network dated its start to 16 March 2026, covering the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, according to Retail Insight Network. JoyaBuy was a shopping agent that buys on Chinese marketplaces for you. They share only a similar spelling, so a Joybuy page cannot be rebuilt as an agent row.
Can I rebuild a JoyaGoo link as a LitBuy link?
Yes, using the two parameters in the link. JoyaGoo's format is joyagoo.com/product?id= followed by the item number and platform=WEIDIAN, TAOBAO or ALI_1688. Weidian becomes code 2, Taobao 1 and 1688 0, so id 7583138171 on Weidian would read litbuy.com/product/2/7583138171. Our one Weidian test on 19 October was a delisted item.
Why do old JoyaBuy bookmarks fail?
Our browser could not connect to joyabuy.com on 19 October 2026, so the old address is no longer a dependable way in. We have not tested the old JoyaBuy link pattern. Use the item number held in the link, or the title from your sheet, and open the item through JoyaGoo or LitBuy instead of the old domain.
How much does a small JoyaBuy-sheet order cost through LitBuy to Germany?
On an assumed 0.45 kg pair of tees at ¥148, about €17.76, LitBuy's 500 g list quote of €16.81 ($18.89) plus the €2 EU fee gives €36.57 in total. Only parcels submitted after 14:00 Beijing time on 25 October 2026 pay the €2, and the €3 customs prepayment is already inside the quote.
Is JoyaGoo or JoyaBuy searched more in Germany?
JoyaGoo, by a little. Semrush's September 2026 data shows about 1,300 German monthly searches for joyagoo and 720 for joyabuy, against 9,900 and 3,600 in the US. LitBuy draws 22,200 in Germany, so both names are small there. A sheet that still says JoyaBuy is probably an older copy, so check each row before you plan a parcel around it.
