FansBuy as the backup account for a LitBuy sheet: what changes for a buyer in Germany

Checked and updated .

Short answer: FansBuy was Open on 19 October 2026 and its help centre says it charges no service fee on orders from shopping platforms, the same position as LitBuy. It stores items 90 days with a 180-day maximum, and sends QC photos and videos. German search interest is small at 110 a month, most of its traffic being Brazilian. Use it as a second account for one tested row, not as a replacement for LitBuy.

Grid rows to try on a backup agent

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card adds LitBuy's 19 October 1 kg list price for its cheapest tax-free line to Germany (€24.12) to the item price, so you see a rough landed figure before you open the link. A new selection appears every month.

Where FansBuy fits beside a LitBuy sheet

A LitBuy spreadsheet is a list of marketplace items, so any row can be priced on another agent that reads Taobao, 1688, JD or Weidian links. FansBuy's homepage names exactly those four. That makes it a candidate backup when a row will not load on LitBuy, or when you want a second all-in quote before you commit.

  • Reasons to add it: a zero-fee help page, 90 days of storage, a stated maximum of 180, and a DIY Order form for pages the search box cannot read.
  • Reasons to skip it: only 20 Trustpilot reviews, an unverified age claim, and no published EU parcel charge in our notes.

Prefer to open no account at all? The WhatsApp QR on our contact page leads to a single delivered quote, with photos shown before dispatch and payment per order.

Treat FansBuy as a second quote and a backup, never the first agent you rely on.

Fee lines and storage: FansBuy against LitBuy

FansBuy's Service Fee page, loaded on 19 October 2026, states the cost formula in one line: product price plus the seller's domestic shipping to its warehouse, plus international shipping, with value-added services optional. That is the same shape as LitBuy's formula, so the comparison comes down to the shipping quote and the small print.

Awards printed on a homepage are the agent's own claims, and we did not check them with the issuers. Twenty reviews also leave room for swings: three bad weeks would move a score like 4.2 noticeably. Read the newest reviews for delivery and refund complaints, and set them against your own tolerance for a slow reply.

A working site with a small paper trail; verify with a small order.

Carrying one LitBuy row over to FansBuy

No FansBuy product-link format is verified in our notes, so use the original marketplace address as the bridge.

  1. Take the LitBuy link https://www.litbuy.com/product/<code>/<id> and read the marketplace code in it: Taobao 1, Weidian 2, 1688 0, JD 3.
  2. Turn the ID back into the original, such as https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=<id> or https://detail.1688.com/offer/<id>.html.
  3. Paste it into FansBuy's search box; if the page will not parse, use its DIY Order form and type the details by hand.
  4. Match size and colour with the LitBuy page before paying.

To return, copy the ID and rebuild the LitBuy address, or let the link converter do it. If the sheet link includes an inviteCode, it can earn the sheet's author a commission, and you can delete it.

The item ID travels; wrapper links do not.

A 1.4 kg puffer-jacket parcel priced on the LitBuy side

Quote for 2,000 g to Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, read from LitBuy's calculator on 19 October 2026: €38.75 ($43.53) at list price, tax free, 10 to 15 working days, flat €3 included. The 1,000 g quote on that line was €24.12. LitBuy quotes only at 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg, so we use the 2 kg figure, the nearest one at or above an assumed 1.4 kg jacket in its bag.

Worked example, LitBuy side only

Jacket at ¥219 (hypothetical), about €26.28 at ¥1 ≈ €0.12€26.28

Shipping, 2,000 g quote to Germany€38.75

LitBuy's EU fee from 25 Oct 2026€2.00

Total before seller shipping€67.03

On FansBuy, compare the same weight in its estimator and look for the divisor it uses for volumetric weight, since bulky jackets are billed by size. Our shipping cost page explains LitBuy's divisors, and the Berlin page adds the German customs steps.

A bulky jacket makes the estimator comparison worth ten minutes.

Paying FansBuy and protecting the LitBuy account

FansBuy's help centre carries a PayPal article and a multi-channel payment article, and a PayPal merchant award is printed on its homepage. We did not see its checkout, so we cannot list the methods it accepts for a German address or say whether Klarna is among them. LitBuy's footer shows Klarna, and its interface asks you to choose the local currency first.

On both agents, settle one order at a time, then pay the parcel once the goods are packed. Opening a card or PayPal dispute against LitBuy locks that account until you cancel the chargeback, so contact support first. Details sit on the payment methods page, and the legitimacy page shows what we checked on LitBuy.

Pay per order, and write to support before any chargeback.

Search demand: a Brazilian agent with a few German users

Semrush data for September 2026 counts 4,500 monthly searches for FansBuy worldwide. Brazil supplies 3,600, followed by the Netherlands (210), the UK (140), Germany (110) and the US (110). France does not make its top list. "fansbuy spreadsheet" draws about 10 US searches a month.

LitBuy's German figure is 22,200 in the same data, roughly two hundred times FansBuy's 110. The LoongBuy page covers another small name.

Few German buyers search for FansBuy, so expect little local feedback.

Questions buyers ask

Is FansBuy cheaper than LitBuy for a jacket to Germany?

We cannot rank them on price. On 19 October 2026 LitBuy's calculator showed €38.75 at list price for a 2 kg German parcel on its cheapest tax-free line, and FansBuy publishes no comparable figure in our notes. Its homepage claims more than 150 shipping lines, so run its estimator for 2 kg to your postcode and compare the totals.

Does FansBuy's claim of operating since 2015 check out?

We could not verify it. Our notes record its site saying it has traded since 2015, while its footer names Fansbuy Limited, a UK company numbered 17357407 with a Cambridge address, and we have not looked up the registration date at Companies House. Treat the age claim as unproven and judge the agent by recent orders instead.

Can I leave items at FansBuy for six months?

Not for free. FansBuy's storage page, loaded on 19 October 2026, gives 90 days from the status in warehouse, then an extended storage fee, with a 180-day maximum after which items count as abandoned. The extension price is not in our notes. LitBuy gives 90 free days and a daily overdue fee until day 120, so plan to ship earlier.

Do FansBuy and LitBuy send the same number of QC photos?

Our notes record three photos at FansBuy, while its homepage promises QC photos and videos without a count. LitBuy's help centre says routine inspection gives three to six photos, extra photos cost ¥1 each, and a shoe video costs ¥7. If photos decide your purchase, order a custom set on whichever agent you pick.

Why is FansBuy searched mostly in Brazil?

Semrush data for September 2026 shows 3,600 of its 4,500 monthly searches come from Brazil, with the Netherlands at 210, the UK at 140 and Germany at 110. We found nothing explaining the Brazilian skew. For a German buyer the practical meaning is simple: fewer local reports on delivery times and customs experiences.

Does a 4.2 Trustpilot score make FansBuy safe?

It is a mild positive from a thin sample. Trustpilot showed 4.2 stars from 20 reviews when we read it on 6 October 2026, and twenty reviews can move with a handful of orders. Safety comes from your own routine: a small first order, payment per order, no stock left in the warehouse and screenshots of every page.
