Where LitBuy spreadsheets come from, and what each source is good for
A LitBuy spreadsheet is a list of products somebody else found, with a link to each one. We found no spreadsheet published by LitBuy itself; it is a shopping agent that buys from Taobao, 1688 and Weidian when you paste a link into its search box. Everything we saw circulating under the name appears to be made by third parties, which is why quality swings so much between sheets. Our LitBuy spreadsheet home page explains the workflow; this page is about choosing between lists.
Sheets reach you through a handful of channels, and each channel has a typical strength and a typical failure. We could not verify the size or accuracy of any individual sheet, so treat the last column as a pattern to test for, not a verdict.
| Source | Usually good for | Typical weakness | First test |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reddit thread or wiki | Discussion, corrections, dates on posts | Old threads stay pinned after links die | Check the post date, then open five links |
| Discord channel | Fresh finds, quick reports of dead rows | Links scroll away; no stable list | Search the channel for the item ID |
| TikTok or short video | Seeing the item moving | Link sits in a bio or comment and rarely carries a date | Match the item name to the marketplace page |
| Telegram channel | Alerts for new rows | Little context on weight | Ask for the original link |
| Google Docs / Google Sheets | Sorting, filtering, copying rows into your own list | Edit rights unclear; stale cells | Look at the revision date and who can edit |
| Website sheet | Photos and categories on one screen | Prices and stock may be cached | Open the item on LitBuy and compare the CNY price |
| "10,000-row" mega sheet | Breadth across categories | Row count is a promise, not a measurement | Sample 25 random rows |
Any channel can host a good sheet; the date and the live-link rate tell you which one it is.
How to rank sheets: the best-sheet criteria table
You can rank two sheets in ten minutes without trusting anyone's recommendation. Score each criterion below as pass or fail on a sample of rows, then pick the sheet with more passes. Weight and price columns matter most, because the parcel is priced by weight. If a sheet gives no weight, estimate it yourself or ask LitBuy for a rehearsal parcel, a fixed ¥20 (about €2.40) plus material fees, per LitBuy's help centre.
| Check | Pass looks like | Fail looks like |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Update date | A date within the last month | No date, or a year-old date |
| 2. Live links | At least 4 of 5 sampled rows load | Two or more show 商品已下架 |
| 3. Link type | Original marketplace link or LitBuy link | Only another agent's wrapper link |
| 4. Price in CNY | ¥ price that matches the item page | Only a dollar price with no date |
| 5. Weight column | Weight per row, even rounded | No weight at all |
| 6. Size notes | Chart or fit note per row | "True to size" with no source |
| 7. QC photo link | Photos from a real order, dated | Stock photos only |
| 8. Referral code | Visible, or none in links | Hidden in every link |
| 9. Categories | Filterable, consistent | One long unsorted list |
| 10. Copyable | You can copy rows to your own file | Locked or image-only |
Seven or more passes means keep the sheet. Four or fewer means use it for ideas and rebuild the rows you like in your own list; the free LitBuy spreadsheet template has columns for the data most sheets leave out, and the haul planner CSV turns weights into a euro estimate.
Rank on live links, weights and dates; a long list with none of them is just a long list.
The dead-link test with LitBuy's own link format
LitBuy product pages follow the pattern https://www.litbuy.com/product/<code>/<item id>, where the code is 0 for 1688, 1 for Taobao, 2 for Weidian and 3 for JD. We read that mapping from LitBuy's site code on 19 October 2026 and tested it with two real rows.
- Pick five rows at random. Do not take the first five; the top of a sheet is not a fair sample.
- Find the marketplace item ID. On Taobao it is the
id=number initem.taobao.com/item.htm?id=…; on Weidian it isitemID=; on 1688 it is the number indetail.1688.com/offer/….html. - Rebuild the LitBuy link. Put the right code before the ID. Our LitBuy link converter does this for you, and the LitBuy links guide explains each format.
- Open it and read what loads. A live item shows a CNY price, stock and a seller-shipment estimate.
- Log the result with the date.
Our two tests: a Taobao item loaded at /product/1/972753749417 with the price "CNY 18.61 ≈ USD 3.29", an "Estimated seller shipment date: Oct 21" and an expected warehouse arrival of Oct 26. A Weidian row at /product/2/7583138171 loaded the page frame but the item was off the shelf, shown with the Chinese words 商品已下架, which mean the item has been delisted. The format was valid; the row was dead.
Read the result carefully. A link that opens a page with no price is not "slow", it is gone.
Five minutes of testing per sheet saves you from discovering the dead rows after you have planned a parcel around them.
What a 10,000-row sheet really gives you
Searches for "litbuy spreadsheet 10000" suggest buyers expect bigger to mean better. We could not verify the size of any such sheet, and the number says nothing on its own. What matters is the share of live rows. Suppose a sheet claims 10,000 rows and you test 25 at random; if 5 fail, the sample suggests about 20% are dead, or around 2,000 rows. That is an illustration, not a measurement of any real sheet.
Large sheets have a second cost: choice. A smaller sheet sorted by category and weight gets you to a parcel faster. For breadth, start from category pages such as LitBuy spreadsheet jeans or LitBuy spreadsheet shoes, and copy only the rows that pass your test into one file.
A big sheet is only worth the scrolling if the sample you test comes back mostly live.
Google Docs, Google Sheets and website sheets: where the risks differ
Searches for "litbuy spreadsheet google docs" suggest buyers want to know whether the file is safe and whether it can be copied. Three details matter: who can edit it, the revision history showing when rows last changed, and whether links include a referral parameter.
LitBuy may append ?linkSearch=true and &inviteCode=… to product URLs. LitBuy's documents say that the person who invites you earns a freight commission of between 4.5% and 6%, depending on promoter level, plus a product commission on purchases made within seven days of your registration. An invite code in a sheet link therefore pays the sheet's author, not you.
Website sheets add cached prices: always compare against the price on LitBuy's own page and treat the sheet as a shortlist.
Check edit rights, revision dates and referral parameters before you copy a list into your own file.
Beste LitBuy-Tabelle für Deutschland: a euro check on three rows
German buyers searching for the "beste LitBuy Spreadsheet" are usually asking what a haul will cost to their door. The example uses three hypothetical rows and LitBuy's real estimator quote. Weights are assumptions and the rate is ¥1 ≈ €0.12, so the item prices are approximate. The parcel quote is LitBuy's: on 19 October 2026 its estimator quoted €38.75 ($43.53) for 2,000 g to Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, a Tax free line that LitBuy lists at 10–15 working days.
Three-row haul to Germany (assumed rows)
Hoodie ¥129 (assumed 0.6 kg)about €15.48
Jeans ¥159 (assumed 0.8 kg)about €19.08
Cap ¥39 (assumed 0.15 kg)about €4.68
Items, ¥327about €39.24
Parcel, assumed 1.55 kg → 2,000 g quote€38.75
EU handling fee (parcels submitted after 25 Oct 2026)€2.00
Total to your doorabout €79.99
The €3 flat EU customs prepayment is already inside that €38.75 quote (it appears as a ¥24 line in the estimator), so we did not add it again. Shipping and the fee come to €40.75, about 51% of the total. A ¥39 cap is cheap, but the parcel is not, so it only makes sense next to rows that share the parcel. The LitBuy shipping calculator lets you try other weights, and LitBuy shipping cost lists France, US and UK quotes.
For comparison, the same 2,000 g quote to France was €38.38 on the cheapest line (LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR), to the UK £28.44 ($37.91) on FF-Royalmail-GB-1 and to the US $65.92 on FF-GOFO-US-2, all Tax free lines on 19 October 2026.
Add up the parcel before you fall for the item price: in this example shipping and fees were half the bill.
What no sheet can tell you
A spreadsheet is a list of links. It cannot tell you the true size of the item or what QC will show. LitBuy takes routine inspection photos of every item, generally 3 to 6, and extra photos cost ¥1 each, so you can check a risky row before it is packed. Our LitBuy spreadsheet with QC page explains what to look at in them.
Storage is the other thing a sheet ignores. LitBuy keeps each item free for 90 days from the day it is stocked, with a 120-day maximum; from day 91 an overdue fee of 0.2% of the price paid applies daily, with a minimum of ¥1 per item per day. Buy what you will ship soon, and pay per order. Should you want to skip the account, our WhatsApp QR on the contact page leads to one delivered price, photos ahead of dispatch and payment per order.
Use a sheet to find candidates, then let weights, QC photos and storage days decide what ships.
Questions buyers ask
Which LitBuy spreadsheet is the best one in 2026?
None wins on name. Judge a sheet by five checks: a visible update date, links that open on LitBuy, a weight column, CNY prices and QC photo links. On 19 October 2026 we loaded a Taobao row through LitBuy and it worked, while a Weidian row showed the delisted page. A sheet where two of five sampled links fail is already stale.
Is a 10,000-row LitBuy spreadsheet better than a small one?
Not automatically. Row count says nothing about how many rows are still live. If you sample 25 links and 5 are dead, about one in five rows has gone, roughly 2,000 of 10,000. A 300-row sheet with a date from this month and weights for every row will cost you less time and fewer surprises.
Can I use a Google Docs or Google Sheets LitBuy list safely?
The file itself is harmless, but check who can edit it and whether links carry an inviteCode. LitBuy says the inviter earns freight commission of 4.5% to 6% by promoter level, so a code in a link benefits whoever made the sheet. Removing it does not break the link. Never type your LitBuy login into a sheet.
Why do LitBuy spreadsheet links stop working?
Sellers on Taobao, Weidian and 1688 delist items, change IDs or run out of stock. LitBuy then shows the frame with Chinese text 商品已下架, meaning the item was taken off the shelf. Older sheets also carry links in other agents' formats. The marketplace item ID is the real identifier, so rebuild the LitBuy link from it using our converter.
Do I need to join Discord or Reddit to get a good sheet?
No, but both are where sheets circulate. LitBuy's Discord showed about 207,500 members on 19 October 2026, and its footer links r/LitBuy_Community. Joining Discord is also advertised with a 25% shipping coupon. You can start with any sheet; the ranking checks on this page work whichever place you found it.
How much does a small haul from a sheet really cost in Germany?
In our worked example, three assumed rows totalling ¥327 (about €39.24) weighed an assumed 1.55 kg. LitBuy's 2 kg quote to Germany was €38.75 on 19 October 2026, plus the €2 EU handling fee for parcels submitted after 25 October, giving €79.99. Shipping was about half the bill, so weigh rows before you add them.
