LitBuy livraison to France: twelve lines compared
LitBuy ships to France on twelve lines, and its estimator showed all of them on 19 October 2026 without a login, for general goods and no dimensions. The table gives euro list prices from before any new-user promotion, and the 1 kg cell carries LitBuy's dollar figure too. French buyers search for "livraison" and "frais de port" for this; the price is the weight fee, fuel surcharge, a per-parcel operation fee and the ¥24 EU prepayment.

The two cheapest lines are not DHL. LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR is named for GOFO, and STF-Colissimo-FR-1 for Colissimo, La Poste's parcel brand. Every DHL line, from SSF-DHL-FR-1 upward, sits between €35.47 and €44.99 at 1 kg because of a fuel surcharge of about ¥114 against ¥47.5 on the GOFO line, in the estimator's own fee split. HF-EMS-FR is the only line labelled Duties Payable by Recipient.
Start with the €23.75 GOFO line; Colissimo costs €4.21 more at 1 kg.
TVA, the EU duty and what LitBuy prepays
French TVA on imports is 20% from the first euro. The EU brought in a temporary €3 duty for each item category in parcels up to €150 on 1 July 2026, and LitBuy charges a flat €3 per parcel on its tax-free lines, shown as ¥24 in the quote. For parcels submitted past the 25 October 2026 cut-off (14:00 in Beijing, 07:00 in Paris) it adds the €2 EU fee. The step-by-step version sits on the customs page.
On a tax-free line LitBuy's Shipping Policy says it handles customs, duties and VAT. On HF-EMS-FR the recipient pays, and La Poste or Colissimo may ask for duties and taxes before they release the parcel. If a message demands payment, check that it comes from the carrier itself before you pay anything.
Only the EMS line leaves a TVA bill at your door.
A Paris parcel, with Colissimo and GOFO side by side
These weights and prices are assumed for the example, not measured. LitBuy quotes at 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg, so the 1 kg quote is the one that covers a 0.8 kg parcel.
Two tees, a cap and a hoodie, 0.8 kg assumed, on the GOFO line, submitted after 25 October 2026
Goods ¥260 (hypothetical) at ¥1 ≈ €0.12€31.20
LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR, 1 kg quote for a 0.8 kg parcel, contains the €3 prepayment€23.75 ($26.68)
The €2 EU fee€2.00
Landed total, no coupon applied€56.95
The same parcel on STF-Colissimo-FR-1
Goods ¥260€31.20
STF-Colissimo-FR-1, 1 kg quote€27.96
The €2 EU fee€2.00
Landed total, no coupon applied€61.16
The gap is €4.21, and the goods are the same €31.20. If the sums still feel heavy, the calculator repeats them at other weights.
On a light parcel the carrier choice moves the total by about €4.
Saisie, déclaration and the duties notice
Customs in France can hold a parcel that it suspects of infringing a trademark. Douane.gouv.fr describes the offence, the retention procedure and a possible transaction, and gives the fine as one to two times the goods' value, which is why a notice deserves a written answer within its deadline. We cover that procedure on the customs page rather than here.
"Déclaration" means two different things for LitBuy buyers. On tax-free lines LitBuy lodges the import declaration, and the declared value should match what you paid; LitBuy's forwarding page says to declare the value truthfully. On the EMS line you may receive a request to settle duties and TVA yourself. Customs Seizure Protection, an add-on shown next to quotes, pays 15% of the shipping fee after a seizure, according to the terms LitBuy lists.
Answer a French customs notice in writing and in time, and never ignore it.
Delivery time to France, then the next steps
Line ranges run from 10–15 working days on both cheapest lines to 14–19 on JD-DHL-FR-1 and 12–25 on EMS. LitBuy's Shipping Policy puts the EU at 7–14 business days from dispatch, behind 1–3 business days of processing. Neither range is guaranteed. Details are on the delivery time page.
France's GOFO line is €0.37 cheaper at 1 kg than Germany's economy line; the Germany page has the German side. To skip the LitBuy account step, our contact page carries a WhatsApp QR for a buying service that gives one delivered quote and takes payment per order. Payment options are in the payment guide, and the LitBuy spreadsheet homepage has rows to weigh.
Allow three to four weeks door to door.
Questions from buyers in France
Does LitBuy ship to France with Colissimo?
Yes. STF-Colissimo-FR-1 is one of LitBuy's twelve France lines, quoted at €27.96 for 1 kg with 10–15 working days on 19 October 2026 and labelled Tax free. The cheaper GOFO line, LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR, costs €23.75 for the same weight. LitBuy does not publish which service level Colissimo uses, so do not assume a signature or a relay point.
What are LitBuy's frais de port to France at 1 kg?
From €23.75 ($26.68) on LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR to €52.41 on JD-DPDMAX-FR-1, list prices on 19 October 2026. The DHL lines cluster between €35.47 and €44.99. The €3 EU prepayment is inside these prices; from 25 October 2026 add €2 per parcel. The new-user coupon appears to cut the weight fee only, so plan with the list price.
Will La Poste ask me to pay TVA on a LitBuy parcel?
Only on the EMS line. HF-EMS-FR is labelled Duties Payable by Recipient, so La Poste or Colissimo may ask you to pay 20% TVA and any duty before delivery. LitBuy's tax-free lines are different, since its Shipping Policy says LitBuy handles customs, duties and VAT. Check which line the parcel took.
Which French line is cheapest for a 2 kg parcel?
LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR again, at €38.38 on 19 October 2026, followed by €45.57 on STF-Colissimo-FR-1. Both quotes contain LitBuy's €3 prepayment. Add €2 for parcels submitted from 25 October 2026, giving €40.38 and €47.57. The most expensive tax-free line, JD-DPDMAX-FR-1, quoted €74.49 for the same weight, which is almost twice the GOFO price.
What does LitBuy's déclaration mean for the buyer?
On tax-free lines LitBuy files the import declaration and pays duty and TVA, so you do not fill in anything. Its forwarding page asks that the value be declared truthfully, so it should match your order. On the EMS line the carrier may ask you to pay duties and taxes before it releases the parcel, which is a separate request.
How many days should I allow for livraison from LitBuy to France?
The estimator gives 10–15 working days on the two cheapest lines, up to 14–19 on JD-DHL-FR-1 and 12–25 on EMS. LitBuy's Shipping Policy gives the EU 7–14 business days after dispatch, after 1–3 days of processing. Nothing is guaranteed, so plan about four weeks door to door; Delay Protection adds 10 business days from October to January.
