Four names, two businesses, one JD route
Four names appear in spreadsheets and they are easy to confuse. Joybuy is a shop run by JD.com, which sells to European customers and ships parcels itself. JoyaGoo is a shopping agent that works like LitBuy: you paste marketplace links, it buys, stores and forwards. JoyaBuy is the old name of JoyaGoo. And JD.com's Chinese site is a marketplace LitBuy can buy from directly.
| Name | What it is | Status on 19 October 2026 | Route for a sheet row |
|---|---|---|---|
| Joybuy | JD.com's European retail shop | Launched 16 March 2026 (Retail Insight Network) | Buy direct on Joybuy |
| JD.com China | JD's Chinese marketplace | LitBuy supports it | LitBuy code 3 |
| JoyaGoo | Shopping agent | Open | See the JoyaGoo page |
| JoyaBuy | Old name of JoyaGoo, renamed 31 March 2025 | Moved | See the JoyaBuy page |
Joybuy is a shop; only JoyaGoo and JoyaBuy are agents.
What Joybuy is, and what we could not confirm
Retail Insight Network reported that Joybuy launched on 16 March 2026 in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. JD.com owns it. For a buyer in Germany, that means a shop with a European front end that you can order from without any agent. Beyond the launch date and markets we did not read Joybuy's own pages, so we cannot state its delivery times, prices, return terms or which warehouses it ships from. Treat any sheet that quotes such figures as unverified until you see them on Joybuy itself.
LitBuy cannot buy from Joybuy: its how-to article says it cannot purchase from cross-border shopping platforms. The reason is practical as well as formal. A shop that already delivers inside your market gains nothing from a trip through a Chinese warehouse and back. The only overlap is the product itself, which may also be listed on JD.com's Chinese site, with its own seller, price and stock. We could not verify whether the two ranges match, so check a listing before assuming it.
Order from Joybuy on Joybuy, and treat a JD.com twin as a separate listing.
What a Joybuy spreadsheet usually is
Our keyword file holds no search figure for "Joybuy spreadsheet", so we cannot size it. By its nature, the phrase usually points to one of three files. The first is an agent sheet built for JoyaGoo or JoyaBuy that someone titled with the shop's name. The second is a personal log of Joybuy orders. The third is a price list of JD items. The first is by far the most useful to a LitBuy buyer, because its rows are Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listings.
| Column | Joybuy order log | JD row for LitBuy |
|---|---|---|
| Product link | Joybuy listing | item.jd.com address |
| Identifier | Order number | JD item ID |
| Price | Paid in € | Price in ¥ plus seller shipping |
| Weight | From the listing, if shown | Assumed, then LitBuy's recorded weight |
| Dates | Order and delivery | Date checked, ship date |
| Returns | What the shop offers | LitBuy's 5-day window after warehousing |
If your sheet is the first kind, keep the platform column and move to the LitBuy spreadsheet template, which turns platform and item ID into a LitBuy link.

The one JD route that does reach LitBuy
JD.com's Chinese listings open in LitBuy with code 3. The original address looks like https://item.jd.com/<id>.html, and the LitBuy form is https://www.litbuy.com/product/3/<id>. The link converter does the swap. Below, two items are hypothetical: ¥299 and ¥189, with an assumed 0.9 kg each, so 1.8 kg together and the 2,000 g quote applies. At ¥1 ≈ €0.12 the goods are €58.56. LitBuy's estimator quoted €38.75 ($43.53) for 2,000 g to Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE on 19 October 2026, at list price, and parcels submitted after 25 October 2026 add €2. We assume the sellers charge no domestic shipping, so the example stays clear.
Two hypothetical JD items, assumed 1.8 kg, Germany
Goods: ¥299 + ¥189 = ¥488€58.56
2 kg quote, LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, list price€38.75 ($43.53)
EU handling fee after 25 October 2026€2.00
Total, before coupons€99.31
Set that against Joybuy's delivered price for equivalent goods, which we did not read, and let the lower one win. Because 1.8 kg sits just under the 2,000 g bracket, a slightly heavier pack would need another quote; the rehearsal parcel shows packed weight for a fixed ¥20 before you pay freight.
Hold €99.31 against Joybuy's delivered total before choosing the JD route.
Using a JoyaGoo sheet when your target is LitBuy
JoyaGoo links follow the pattern joyagoo.com/product?id=<id>&platform=WEIDIAN, with TAOBAO and ALI_1688 as the other platform values. The id is the marketplace item number, so it moves straight into a LitBuy link: Weidian becomes code 2, Taobao code 1, 1688 code 0. JoyaGoo's own search demand in our keyword file is highest in the US at 9,900 a month, with 1,300 in Germany (Semrush data for September 2026). Whatever the source, a sheet built for one agent is a list of marketplace items first.
Compare agents on fees and storage before you move many rows; the fees page and agent hub hold LitBuy's side and each agent's status. Keep Joybuy orders in a separate block so their delivered price is judged alone.
Strip the agent wrapper, keep the item ID, rebuild in LitBuy format.
Taxes and customs: Joybuy versus a LitBuy parcel
Whether a Joybuy parcel crosses the EU border depends on where it ships from, which we did not verify. If it does, Germany applies 19% import VAT from the first euro and a temporary flat €3 duty per tariff category on small IOSS parcels up to €150 since 1 July 2026. If it does not, those import rules do not apply the same way. On LitBuy's tax-free EU lines, LitBuy pays duty and VAT and charges a flat €3 per parcel; on EMS, the recipient pays at delivery. See the customs page.
Ask where a parcel ships from before comparing its taxes with LitBuy's.
Joybuy questions from LitBuy buyers
Which of Joybuy, JoyaBuy and JoyaGoo is the shop?
Joybuy is the shop: JD.com's own European online store. JoyaBuy was a shopping agent that renamed itself JoyaGoo on 31 March 2025, and JoyaGoo was Open when we checked on 19 October 2026. One letter separates the names, so confusion is common. Read the address bar before you enter any payment details on either site.
Can I buy Joybuy products through LitBuy?
No. LitBuy's how-to guide says it cannot purchase from cross-border shopping platforms, and Joybuy sells to Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg itself. Order on Joybuy. If a product also appears on JD.com's Chinese site, that listing converts to LitBuy as code 3, though it may be a different range and price.
Where did Joybuy launch, and when?
Joybuy launched on 16 March 2026 in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, according to Retail Insight Network. That makes Germany one of its launch markets. We could not verify its delivery times, return terms or which warehouses it ships from, so check those on Joybuy's own pages before you rely on any figure.
Which file am I holding if it says Joybuy spreadsheet?
Most of the time it is a mislabelled JoyaGoo or JoyaBuy agent sheet, because people mix the names. It can also be a personal order log for a Joybuy purchase, or a price list of JD items. We have no search figure for the phrase in our keyword file, so we cannot say how common each meaning is.
Can I reuse a JoyaGoo row in LitBuy?
Yes, once you strip the agent wrapper. Open each row, find the marketplace item number inside the JoyaGoo address, which uses the pattern joyagoo.com/product?id=<id>&platform=WEIDIAN, and rebuild it as litbuy.com/product/2/<id>. Taobao uses code 1 and 1688 code 0. Our link converter does the swap. Then open the LitBuy page and check that it still shows stock and a seller shipment date, because older sheet rows are often delisted.
How much do two JD items cost to Germany through LitBuy?
Two hypothetical items at ¥299 and ¥189, with an assumed 1.8 kg together, total €99.31 to Germany: about €58.56 for goods at ¥1 ≈ €0.12, LitBuy's 2,000 g list quote of €38.75 on 19 October 2026, and the €2 fee after 25 October. Joybuy's delivered price for the same goods is not something we read.
